A 38-year-old Indian expatriate was found dead at his accommodation in Al Wakrah yesterday.
Sources identified the deceased as Sirajul Muneer, a driver at a local household.
He was a native of Thiruvalloor, near Vatakara in Kerala’s Kozhikode district. Muneer leaves behind his wife and two children, sources said. The expatriate was in Qatar for nearly 18 months. He had worked here earlier as well, they said.
Arrangements are being made to send the body home.
