Blue Salon is launching leading Italian furniture brand Kartell’s flagship store at The Pearl-Qatar. The announcement was made at a press conference held at Blue Salon in the presence of Ashraf Abu Issa, chairman and CEO of Abu Issa Holding, Kartell president Claudia Luti, Kartell marketing & retail director Lorenzo Luti and retail director at Abu Issa Holding Marco Bester. A leading design company founded in 1949 by Giulio Castelli, Kartell is one of the symbols of Italian design around the world. The company has 130 single-brand flagship stores alongside 250 shop-in-shops and 2,500 retailers, and aims to further extend its reach across the globe. The Kartell strategy is increasingly moving towards multi-brand channels in a bid to cover the international market in a more uniform way.
