Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan arrived yesterday in Doha for an official visit. President Erdogan and the accompanying delegation were welcomed at Hamad International Airport by HE the Minister of Energy and Industry Dr Mohamed bin Saleh al-Sada, Qatar’s ambassador to Turkey Salem Mubarak al-Shafi and the Turkish envoy to Qatar Ahmet Dimerok.
Emir condoles with king of Saudi Arabia
HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani, HH the Deputy Emir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad al-Thani and HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa al-Thani have sent cables to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz al-Saud of Saudi Arabia condoling the death of Prince Mansour bin Fahd bin Abdulmohsen bin Jalawi al-Saud.
Emir greets leader of Turkmenistan
HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani, HH the Deputy Emir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad al-Thani and HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa al-Thani yesterday sent cables of congratulations to President Gurbanguly Berdymukhammedov of Turkmenistan, on his re-election for a new presidential term.
