The Ministry of Interior yesterday issued an advisory through its Facebook page on how to use the e-gate facility at the entry and exit points at the Hamad International Airport for quick completion of passport control procedures. All Qatar residents above 18 years old with normal ID cards can take advantage of this facility. An office to update the biometric data is available near the e-gates.
