The closure, in co-ordination with the General Directorate of Traffic, starts at midnight Friday and lasts until 5am on Sunday. Works involve laying the asphalt.
During those two days, traffic heading from New Slata Intersection to Ali bin Abi Talib Street can access the residential area near the closed road by entering the open part of the service road directly after the intersection, then use the local roads. Exiting the residential area will be available towards Salwa Road and the D-Ring Road.
Those who are heading to Omar Bin Al-Khattab Health Centre will have to reach Salwa Road and enter Al-Qafila Street leading to the health centre. Those who are exiting the health centre should use Al-Qafila Street, turn right into Al-Edd Al-Jibli Street, then turn left to Al-Mazaare Street to return to Salwa Road, as shown in the map.
