Northwesterly winds will blow at 15-25 knots before decreasing to 8-18 knots by the afternoon.
Slightly dusty conditions are expected in these areas, and it will also be partly cloudy at times.
The sea level, meanwhile, may rise to 9ft.
The forecast for inshore areas says it will be hazy in some places in the early hours of the day, followed by mild daytime conditions, slight dust occasionally and a cold night.
The minimum temperature is expected to be 11C in Abu Samra and 14C in Doha. On Sunday, the minimum was 11C in Turayna and Karana, while in Doha it was 16C.
