Ezdan Holding Group and its subsidiaries will participate in the seventh edition of Cityscape Qatar, which will be held at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre from today until April 25. The group will exhibit a “myriad of its giant property, hotel and commercial projects, coupled with competitive promotional packages to trigger a boom in the local market”, it was announced in a statement.
Ezdan’s participation at Cityscape is part of the running promotional leasing campaign for Ezdan Oasis, a mega realty project spread over 1mn sq m in Al Wukair. It boasts of 9,346 multi-purpose units, offering a variety of spacious, furnished residential units, as well as 577 different commercial units, including restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, bakeries and state-of-the-art amenities.
In addition, the project encloses two schools operated by Newton International School Group, LuLu Hypermarket, clubs and sports courts. The green space accounts for 35% of the project, rendering Ezdan Oasis to be a fully-integrated living and working environment for all communities.
