Launched in 2012, the first shooting event was met with great success and led to an annual tradition between al khaliji and clients. At this year’s event, al khaliji welcomed teams such as Woqod, Qatar Investment Authority, Qatar National Bank, Alfardan, Ali Bin Ali, CCC, Doha Insurance, Supplement House including al khaliji Team as a host.
Highlighting the importance of local engagement and proactivity, al khaliji Group chief executive officer Fahad al-Khalifa said, “Events such as our 6th clay shooting event is to interact with our clients in a light-hearted and informal environment, in addition to developing stronger ties with them. Building lasting relationships at al khaliji is a fundamental component of our business model, and we believe these strong relationships contribute to our overall success as an institution.”
A total of 10 teams made up of five members each participated in the event.
Woqod won the competition, followed by Alfardan in second place and Supplement House in third place. This competition demonstrates al khaliji’s commitment to fostering strong relations with its clients and a real passion for team sports, which reiterates the bank’s stance on team-building and cooperation. Many family members joined the event participants, making the day all the more memorable and exciting.
