Strong wind with blowing dust is expected Sunday over most inshore areas across Qatar, the Met office said. The offshore forecast is strong wind and high sea.
Inshore, the northwesterly wind speed will be 12-25kt, reaching 32kt at places during the day. Offshore, the westerly-northwesterly wind speed is 14-22kt, reaching 28kt at places at times.
The maximum temperature of 42C is forecast on Sunday in Doha and at Mesaieed, Wakrah, and Al Khor and the minimum of 28C at Abu Samra.
On Saturday, the maximum and minimum of 44C and 28C, respectively, were recorded at Mesaieed.
