Ooredoo Qatar, developer of the Nojoom customer reward scheme, has won the Platinum Award in the 'Programme Partnership' category at the Loyalty360 Awards, held at Loyalty Expo in North Carolina in the US.
An early indication of success came with the programme’s initial nomination, since Ooredoo was the only shortlisted loyalty programme from the Mena region.
Following a successful presentation outlining the Nojoom programme, the results were announced and the award was received by Sabah Rabiah al-Kuwari, director (PR) and Mayasa Alhejazi, acting assistant director (Loyalty) who were representing Ooredoo at the event.
Al-Kuwari said, “To win this award amid global competition is a real achievement of which we can indeed be proud. After 12 years, Nojoom has acquired more than a million members and more than 250 brands as partners. From this strong platform, we are able to continue convincing our industry peers of our excellence, earning accolades such as this in the process.
“Huge thanks to everyone who made this possible and also to our partners and loyal customers” he added.
Loyalty Expo reputedly hosts the most coveted awards programme in the customer loyalty sector, recognising brands that are building lasting relationships with their customers.
