HE Dr Hamad bin Abdulaziz al-Kawari, Minister of State and President of the Qatar National Library (QNL) welcomed Dr Andreas Gorgen, Secretary-General of the Federal Ministry of Culture and Media, Germany, to discuss future collaborations and cultural exchanges. The meeting highlighted potential partnerships between QNL and the German National Library through future collaborations in the fields of digitalisation, heritage conservation, education development, culture, librarianship and building a knowledge economy to strengthen bridges of cultural diplomacy between Qatari and German libraries in the years to come. As part of its aim to promote imagination and discovery, QNL will continue to invest its efforts to share knowledge and empower future generations across and beyond Qatar.
