Kerala Muslim Cultural Centre (KMCC) Qatar Kodiyathur Panchayath committee organised a penalty shootout competition in solidarity with FIFA World Cup 2022. KMCC president S A M Basheer inaugurated the event. Organising committee president Anees Kalangott presided. KMCC Thiruvampadi president E A Nazar handed over the cash prize and trophy to the winner Niyas Kalikavu. Secretary T P Abbas presented the second prize trophy and cash prize to Rasik Kappad. K T Yasar Ahammad, Basheer Thuvarikkal, Mujeeb Koyissery and Sidique Vazhakkad handed over the gifts to others. Advocate Sajimon Karakkutty welcomed the gathering. Musthafa Elathur, Umer Sadikh, Shabeel Kuvvappara, Fayas Karakkutty, Anas Pannikode and P P Illyas spoke during the closing ceremony.
