Medical team at Naseem Medical Centre saves Kenyan mother and her baby

Dr Reshma Joy, Specialist Gynecologist and the Nursing Team from Naseem Medical Centre- C Ring Road saved the life of a 27yr old Kenyan Mother and her Baby at the Centre. This lady reached Naseem Medical Centre with an abdomen pain and she was immediately taken to the OPD of Dr Reshma. While consulting the patient, the patient got severe abdomen pain and The doctor asked her to lay down on the Examination Table. While examining, the doctor found it is an emergencylabor situation and she called the ambulance immediately. The doctor could not wait for the ambulance to come and she took the labor on the OPD table itself since it was an emergency Labor.
The patient could not be even shifted to the Eemergency room. Without anaesthesia, without operation theatre, without labor room, DR Reshma and the Team Nursing saved the mother and the baby. Both mother and the baby doing good now. Both were taken in an ambulance to Hamad Hospital at Rayyan.
Along with DR Reshma, nurses Sujamol (Head Nurse) Priya Varghese, Shemy Ashim, Nishana Sudheer and Anju Augustine were there in this act of life saving.
