Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov arrived in Doha yesterday to attend the final match of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 between France and Argentina at Lusail Stadium this evening.
He and the accompanying delegation were welcomed upon arrival at Hamad International Airport by HE the Minister of State Sheikh Fahad bin Faisal al-Thani and Russia’s ambassador to Qatar Dmitry Dugadkin.
