A considerable number of fans who took part in the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 have expressed their thanks and appreciation to Qatar for the magnificent organisation of the mega sporting event.
Speaking to local Arabic daily Arrayah, they stressed that Qatar has organised one of the most amazing tournaments ever in the history of FIFA World Cup, in a perfectly secured, safe and welcoming environment. In particular, they praised the welcoming attitude of the country, its people and the overall generosity as hosts.
Davor from Croatia said he spent a great time in Qatar. "I will remember my stay in Qatar as the best ever experience in my life. Everything in the tournament was highly organised and was done with professionalism."
Han of Vietnam thanked Qatar for everything done during the event. "It was clear that great efforts have been exerted in the organisation process of the event. My stay in Qatar went well. Qatar has been extra clean and well-organised with various tourist destinations to enjoy a good time."
Julio of Argentina said that he will leave Qatar with great and happy memories as he has spent the most magnificent time at the tournament. "I thank Qatar for the good reception I enjoyed and the immense generosity of the people".
Willy from Spain described Qatar as an amazing country with kind and generous people who welcome all. "I felt the good atmosphere of the country from the moment I landed at the airport, and I preferred to stay on in the country even after the exit of the Spanish national team from the tournament. Everybody was willing to support and offer assistance making visitors feel at home."
He also stressed that the public services and utilities in Qatar are excellent and transportation options were more than convenient and suitable for all, making stadiums and fan zones easily accessible.
Tamari from Argentina also commended the excellent organisation and amazing tournament held in Qatar. "My experience in Qatar is unforgettable," she said while thanking Qatar for all that has been offered to the fans and visitors during the event, giving them joy and happiness.
