Public Prosecution wins 'HH Sheikh Salem Al-Ali Al-Sabah Informatics Award'

The Public Prosecution has won the 'HH Sheikh Salem Al-Ali Al-Sabah Informatics Award' in its 22th session for its excellence in the digital transformation in the area of its operation.The Public Prosecution received the award in recognition of its excellence in digital transformation in the judiciary field, providing modern electronic service, including unified database design, utilizing a protection system for files via Radio-frequency identification (RFID) and digital assistant project.The Public Prosecution is the first entity in the State of Qatar to approve the system of compliance with the system of securing the Qatari information.In a statement to Qatar News Agency (QNA), director of Information Systems Department at the Public Prosecution Maryam Haji said that winning the HH Sheikh Salem Al-Ali Al-Sabah Informatics Award is a source of pride for all affiliates of the Public Prosecution, adding that such achievement prompts undertaking further work and effort to provide distinguished service to various categories of customers and make further achievements.She underlined that the award is a new attest for adopting effective and successful strategy by the Public Prosecution in the technological field which aims to employ the state-of-the-art electronic programs to provide comfort service to the customers.For his part, member of the board of trustees and chairman of the supreme organizing committee of the award Bassam Al-Shammari pointed out that year after year the award underscores the authenticity of the committee's vision that has been laid out since its inception, which is embodied in its endeavor to achieve digital transformation in the Arab communities through encouraging it to this transformation and enhance the spirit of competition in this field.The Public Prosecution had won the HH Sheikh Salem Al-Ali Al-Sabah Informatics Award, in addition to three other entities (Two entities from State of Kuwait, and one from Tunisia).
