Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu discussed in phone call with UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres international issues, including Afghanistan and Ukraine.
Turkey's Anadolu Agency (AA) quoted diplomatic sources as saying that the two sides discussed the latest situation in Afghanistan and the developments in Ukraine, including the agreement to ship grain and cross-border humanitarian aid to Syria.
The talks also touched on the Zero Waste project adopted by the UN, led by Turkey, to combat climate change.
