He emphasized that the General Directorate of Endowments seeks, through such projects, to enhance the quality of endowment housing.He explained that the project is a model for real estate endowment projects that combine architectural quality and comfort, while taking aesthetic aspects into account. This reflects the vision of the General Administration of Endowments to provide community contributions that support the real estate sector and achieve sustainable returns to serve endowment purposes in accordance with the conditions of the generous donors.He affirmed the General Administration of Endowments' commitment to continuing to implement well-thought-out endowment projects that achieve the best investment of endowment assets.The villa is built on a 450-square-meter plot, with a total built-up area of ​​549 square meters, spread over three levels. The ground floor includes a guest lounge, a family lounge, a dining room, a guest bedroom, and a fully equipped kitchen, ensuring a complete living environment that suits the needs of families.The first floor includes a master bedroom and three other bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, in addition to a family room and a kitchenette for easy, on-the-go needs.The upper floor includes two master bedrooms with separate bathrooms, a tranquil family lounge, and a kitchenette. Covered outdoor seating areas give residents the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors.The General Administration of Endowments recently inaugurated an integrated real estate project in the Bin Omran area, comprising eight residential apartments and commercial shops covering an area of ​​1,377 square meters.
