Weather inshore until 6 pm on Thursday will be scattered clouds and cold by night, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report.
Offshore will be scattered clouds to partly cloudy, the report added, warning of strong wind and high sea till afternoon.
Wind inshore will be northwesterly 06 to 16 knot gusting to 23 knot at times.
Offshore, it will be northwesterly to northeasterly 17 to 27 knot decreasing to 10 to 20 knot by afternoon.
Visibility will be 4 to 8 kilometres.
Sea state inshore will be 2 to 5 feet, falling to 1 to 3 feet by afternoon. Offshore it will be 5 to 9 feet, falling 3 to 6 by afternoon.
