Offshore will be foggy at places at first , Partly cloudy to cloudy with chance of scattered rain, the report added.
Wind inshore will be variable mainly northwesterly to northeasterly 05 to 15 KT.
Offshore, it will be mainly northwesterly to northeasterly 05 to 15 KT.
Sea state inshore will be 1 to 3 FT. Offshore it will be 2 to 4 FT.
