Physical versions of mobile match tickets for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 are on sale now, FIFA has said.
"You saw history made at the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 and now you can get a unique memento of your unforgettable experience to treasure forever," FIFA said in an email to ticketholders.
The personalised tickets are available for QR10 each, including delivery, for a limited time only.
Original mobile match ticket buyers can log in to their account at FIFA.com/tickets and purchase the keepsakes for themselves and any guests who joined them at the games.
Orders can be processed until February 7, with the tickets distributed from late March.
All tickets included in a ticket application will be printed, which means that ticket purchasers will not be able to select which tickets within a ticket application are printed.
All souvenir ticket purchases will be processed as a real-time transaction and customers will receive a confirmation email after payment is successfully completed.
Visa payment cards are the exclusive payment method accepted for residents of Qatar.
The FIFA website explains that "the price per souvenir ticket is fixed at QR10 and all tickets contained within a single application number will be printed. The total price is calculated as QR10 multiplied by the number of tickets with the same application number. For example, if an original ticket purchaser purchased six tickets within a given ticket application (one for themselves and five for their guests), all six tickets will be printed. In this case, the cost would be QR60".
Only FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 original ticket purchasers can purchase souvenir tickets related to the mobile tickets they owned for the tournament. Guests are not entitled to purchase souvenir tickets directly. "Please note that personal data, including ticket holder names, cannot be changed on a souvenir ticket," the website says.
