Cloudy conditions with rain likely Wednesday: Met Dept

Poor visibility is expected in some places in the early hours Wednesday due to misty to foggy conditions, along with thundery rain and strong winds, the Qatar Met department has said. The forecast for offshore areas, too, says thundershowers are likely Wednesday in addition to windy conditions and high seas at times. The wind speed may go up to 29 knots offshore and 25 knots inshore, with the sea level rising to 9ft.
The detailed forecast says cloudy conditions are expected Wednesday with a chance of rain, which may be thundery in some places at times. Similar conditions are also likely offshore. The temperature, meanwhile, is expected to range from 18-23C in Doha Wednesday. Doha and other parts of the country received rain of varying intensity Tuesday along with windy and cloudy conditions.
