Weather inshore until 6 pm on Thursday will be relatively cold daytime with some clouds and slightly dusty at places at times, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report, warning of strong wind at places.
Offshore will be scattered clouds to partly cloudy at times, warning of strong wind and high sea, the report added.
Wind inshore will be northwesterly at a speed of 10 to 20 knot gusting to 25 knot at places at times.
Offshore, it will be northwesterly at a speed of 18 to 25 knot gusting to 30 knot at times.
Visibility will be 4 to 8 kilometres.
Sea state inshore will be 3 to 5 feet. Offshore it will be 5 to 8 feet surging to 10 feet at times.
