Weather inshore until 6 pm on Tuesday will be cold at first with moderate temperature during daytime with some clouds, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report.
Offshore there will be some clouds at times, the report added, warning of strong wind and high sea till evening.
Wind inshore will be northwesterly to westerly 03 to 13 KT.
Offshore, it will be northwesterly 12 to 22 KT gusting 28 KT at times, decreasing to 8 to 18 KT by evening.
Visibility will be 4 to 9 kilometres.
Sea state inshore will be 1 - 3 FT rises to 4 FT till evening. Offshore it will be 3 - 7 / 9 FT, falling to 3 - 5 FT by evening.
