The General Secretariat of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with The Hague Conference on Private International Law (HCCH) to open doors for cooperation in the areas of legislative integration, training and legal development.
This MoU aims to achieve mutual benefit between the two sides and to strengthen cooperation frameworks between the GCC General Secretariat and international organisations, by holding related activities and seminars.
The Hague Conference on Private International Law is an international organisation based in The Hague in the Netherlands. Its purpose is to work for the progressive unification of the rules of private international law.
