The Family Consulting Center (Wifaq), of the Qatar Foundation for Social Work affiliated with the Ministry of Social Development and the Family, launched the awareness programme 'In Our Hospitality' season 2023.
The programme includes a series of awareness and educational workshops that discuss one of the most vital issues affecting family stability, which is the balance between family life and work life.
The first workshop of the programme was presented by Jawaher Al Manea, an expert trainer in emotional intelligence and relationships, entitled "Between My Work and My Family," with the participation of more than 70 participants from several entities in the country.
The centre said in a statement yesterday that the programme targets male and female employees from various agencies and institutions in the country and aims to educate participants about the importance of achieving integration between family and work and to educate the target group on how to best reconcile them.
