The karate event for both boys & girls at the Qatar Olympic Committee Beach Games 2023 concluded at Cultural Village Katara.
In the over 16 karate final (girls), Salma Abdulrahman claimed the first place overall, as Waad Sukaria seized the runner-up place while Nada Al Yazidi finished third.
In the men’s Karate final, Mohamed Younis won the first place ahead of Said Mostafa Amar who finished in second place and Karam Jood snatched the third place.
In the men’s 3x3 beach basketball, Salah eddin Sakour claimed the first place, as Adham Hashem Abdulnaser won the second place and the third place went to Abdulhameed Shaoash.
In effort to build up a better sport future for high education institutions, Qatar Collegiate Sports Federation (QCSF) has encouraged students to be an integral part of the sport activities during the Games. The QOC Beach Games, which sees the participation of more than 800 athletes, will conclude on Friday.
