Qatar's Civil Aviation Authority said that provisional air traffic movement stats for February saw an increase of 15.6 percent on an annual basis to a total of 17,749 air traffic movements, compared with 15,121 in February of 2022.
Data from the Air Navigation Department at the authority showed that the number of passengers increased 49.4 percent in February to reach 3,240,117 compared to 2,168,266 passengers in February 2022.
Data also showed that cargo and mail shipments declined 5.2 percent to 172,085 tons in February, compared to 181,557 in the same month of last year.
