The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) has announced a closure on D Ring Road from 3am to 10am on Friday for the works of a new pedestrian bridge that will be built next to Fereej Al Al Interchange to link New Slata and Fereej Al Ali. Closure will be for traffic from Fereej Al Ali Interchange towards Al Amir Street and Salwa Road. Motorists on Al Amir Street, 22 February Street or Salwa Road can use C Ring Road or E Ring Road to reach their destinations.
Ashghal will install road signs advising motorists of the temporary closure and requested all to follow them and abide by the speed limit to ensure safety.
