Discover Qatar (DQ), the destination management company of Qatar Airways, is continuing its annual “Iftar in the Desert” experience throughout the holy month of Ramadan until April 20, a statement said.
These tours, designed to reflect the local culture and traditions, are led by an experienced guide to highlight the significance of Ramadan and Iftar against the backdrop of a traditional Arabian setup in Qatar’s desert dunes, it was explained.
"Overlooking the Gulf coast, the desert tours include an exhilarating dune driving experience,” the statement said. “The ‘Iftar in the Desert’ tour provides a four-course authentic Iftar comprised of traditional dishes and desserts, refreshing beverages, and Arabic coffee.”
"Guests can also enjoy a swim in the calming waters of the iconic Sealine Beach and reconnect with nature.”
“Iftar in the Desert” prices start from QR1,050 per vehicle for up to four people.
