In co-operation with Qatar Fund for Development (QFFD), the Qatar's Gaza Reconstruction Committee announced that it will begin on Tuesday the disbursement of the January batch of cash assistance to needy families in Gaza Strip.
HE Chairman of Qatar's Gaza Reconstruction Committee Ambassador Mohammed Al Emadi said that the cash assistance will be provided to about 100,000 poor families in the Gaza Strip governorates, at a rate of $100 per family.
His Excellency pointed out that the distribution process will take place through the United Nations and the distribution centers it has identified in the governorates of the Gaza Strip, which are more than 300 centers and shops.
