Waseef, a leading real estate management and marketing company, has said the rate of enquiries for renting residential units in the Madinatna project, which is the largest integrated residential real estate project in Qatar, continues to rise.
The occupancy rates at residential units in this leading project have reached high levels in a short period of time since its launch in the market, a press statement noted.
