His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued Tuesday Law No. 8 of 2023, promulgating the Judicial Authority Law.
His Highness the Amir also issued Law No. 9 of 2023, promulgating the Public Prosecution Law.
The laws are effective and are to be published in the official gazette.
