Indian Cultural Centre (ICC), under the aegis of Embassy of India, held a cultural event - “Bharat Utsav 2023” Friday at Al Mayassa Theatre in Qatar National Convention Centre, as part of the celebrations in the 50th anniversary of Qatar-India diplomatic relations.
