The Civil Service and Government Development Bureau celebrated on Thursday the graduation of the 7th batch of the programme to develop the skills of those holding leadership and supervisory positions in government agencies.
The programme brought together 140 participants.
In a speech, Civil Service and Government Development Bureau president Abdulaziz bin Nasser al-Khalifa extended thanks and gratitude to all government agencies doing their best to achieve Qatar National Vision 2030, and their continuous work in implementing the tasks and roles assigned to them.
He also praised the improvements and updates made to ensure the achievement of national goals of human development and the advancement of various sectors in the country, especially the preparation of a generation of distinguished and qualified national cadres and leaders to deal with various work conditions and challenges with flexibility and intelligence.
Al-Khalifa thanked the Excellence Centre for Training and Consulting at the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies, for its co-operation with the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau's Institute of Public Administration, in implementing and making this programme a success.
He stressed the necessity of perseverance and striving for development, highlighting the importance of continuing to learn, refining various skills and innovating at work, while emphasising the role and competence of the Bureau in the necessary assistance and support for all.
