The Maritime Customs Department, represented by the Al Ruwais Port Customs, thwarted the smuggling of the banned narcotic substance, hashish, after a shipment containing fruits raised the suspicion of Customs officials. The total weight of the seized materials amounted to 62.7kg, the General Authority of Customs tweeted.
