Carrefour Qatar has won the award for ‘Best CSR Initiative in the Retail Sector’ at the recent Qatar CSR Summit 2023, held under the patronage of his HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohamed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim al-Thani.
Through this award, Carrefour Qatar is recognised for its community involvement success, and its strategic relationship with the Education Above All (EAA) Foundation, through which it collected more than QR10mn of donations from the public to empower children’s education in Qatar, a statement said.
Laurent Hausknecht, Carrefour’s regional director said: “We feel very proud to win the coveted Qatar CSR Summit 2023 Award, and we are honoured to serve and support our community here in Qatar.
