QCAA participated in the Global Aviation Gender Summit, which is currently being held in the Spanish capital, Madrid.
Aziza Al-Yafei, from the Training and Development Section of the Human Resources Department at the Authority, reviewed the most important initiatives of QCAA related to empowering women and enhancing their role in the field of aviation during one of the summit panel discussions that dealt with the most important challenges facing women when joining the aviation sector.
The Global Aviation Gender Summit brings together representatives of governments, international organizations and stakeholders with the aim of discussing best practices, measures and strategies needed to promote equality among workers in aviation and empower women in this sector.
