Qatar has participated in the inaugural 103rd session of the Executive Council of the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) held in The Hague. Qatar's ambassador to the Netherlands, Permanent Representative to OPCW Nasser bin Ibrahim al-Lingawi represented the State in the session, alongside a delegation from the National Committee for the Prohibition of Weapons.
