The Criminal Court has sentenced two Asian expatriates to one year suspended jail sentence and deportation for being convicted of breaking into the house of another Asian expatriate and attacking him and his wife.
Local Arabic daily Arrayah reported that the issue started when the two convicted men entered the apartment of the victim after their son opened the door for them. Then they started to attack the women at the house and when her husband tried to defend her they attacked him also. They also insulted them in foul language. Further, both the victims sustained some injuries due to such attack. Eventually, the court established their guilt and convicted them.
