Offshore, it will be hazy to misty at times and scattered clouds, the report added.
Wind inshore will be mainly Northwesterly - Northeasterly 04 - 14 KT.
Offshore, it will be variable mainly Northwesterly - Northeasterly 05 - 15 KT.
Visibility will be 04 to 08/03 kilometers or less at places.
Sea state inshore will be 1 to 3 feet. Offshore will be 2 to 4 feet.
