Weather inshore today until 6:00 pm on Saturday will be hazy at first and chance of local rainy clouds maybe thundery associated with blowing dust at places by noon, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report, warning of expected thundery rain associated with strong wind and poor visibility noontime.
Offshore, it will be hazy with scattered clouds at times, the report added.
Wind inshore will be mainly Northeasterly - Northwesterly 05 - 15 KT Gusting to 38 KT at places with thundery rain.
Offshore, it will be mainly Northeasterly - Southeasterly 03 - 13 KT gusting to 18 KT at times.
Visibility will be 04 to 08 kilometers or 2 kilometers or less at places at noon.
Sea state inshore will be 1 to 2 feet, surging to 4 feet at times. Offshore will be 1 to 3 feet surging to 5 feet at times.
