Chairman of Libya's High Council of State Dr. Mohammed Moftah Takala met, on Monday, with ambassador of the State of Qatar to Libya Khaled Mohammed bin Zabin al-Dosari.
During the meeting, they reviewed the bilateral co-operation relations between the two countries.
