The Ministry of Municipality, in cooperation with the School Canteens Committee of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, Thursday, organised an awareness meeting for vendors who have been approved to supply meals for government schools for the year 2023-2024.
The Ministry of Municipality's work team in the committee presented the most important requirements that must be met in the supply kitchens and that for foodstuffs and workers to ensure the supply of healthy and safe meals for school students.
The meeting was attended by Muhammad Abdullah al-Maraghi, chairman of the School Canteens Committee at the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, and Abdulaziz Ahmed al-Sayed, representative of the Ministry of Municipality in the Committee and director of the Municipal Control Department in Al-Khor and Al-Thakhira Municipality.
