As part of its educational and awareness plan for the year 2023, the Juvenile Police Department at the Ministry of Interior (MoI) organised an awareness exhibition at Lagoona Mall on Wednesday.
The event, according to a post by the ministry on its official twitter account, aimed to educate and encourage young people to adopt positive behaviours, avoid negative ones, understand their risks, and learn how to avoid them. Additionally, it aimed to encourage families and youth to embrace virtuous values that reflect a positive image of them.
During the exhibition, visitors’ inquiries about the Juvenile Police Department were clarified and how to benefit from its awareness programmes throughout the year 2023. Informational brochures about the exhibition were also distributed.
