The death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza Strip and the West Bank has surged to 1232, with 5,943 injured, the Palestinian Health Ministry announced Thursday.
According to a statement by the Health Ministry, 1203 were martyred in Gaza Strip and 5,763 were injured in the ongoing violent airstrikes targeting the whole Strip since Saturday.
The occupied West Bank was not spared from the ongoing Israeli aggression, where the number of martyrs reached 29, in addition to 180 injured.
Nearly 60% of the injured in Gaza Strip are children and women, the ministry added.
On Saturday, the Palestinian resistance launched the surprise "Operation Al-Aqsa Flood" on Gaza Envelop settlements in retaliation of the continuous Israeli violations against the Palestinian people.
