We had the honour to have an awareness drive, the first-of-its-kind with the Gulf Centre for Foodstuff through the Al Shamal water pink special label through which we will be able to raise the awareness on the cancer screening programme and focus on the screening call centre number to the highest number of the targeted population in Qatar.”The breast cancer screening service targets all women between the age of 45 to 69, not having any symptoms, haven’t done a mammogram in the past three years and have a valid QID and health card.Women who are in this category are advised to call the cancer screening call centre on 8001112 to book their routine mammogram check-up.The cancer screening suites are available in four dedicated health centres: Al-Wakra, Muaither, Rawdat Al Khail and Leabaib.
