Ooredoo is now offering a single-point local cloud connectivity solution for its enterprise and government customers.
With “Multi-Cloud Local Connect”, Ooredoo becomes the certified service provider in Qatar offering access to both Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud in multiple points of presence.
“Multi-Cloud Local Connect” is an add-on that can be used with Ooredoo-provided existing or new last-mile VPN connectivity, thereby offering simplified cloud interconnect services to its business customers from their premises to the hyperscalers’ cloud points of presence in Qatar.
“Cloud services are playing an increasingly significant role in our economy, which is expected to grow further in the years ahead,” said Ooredoo chief business officer Thani al-Malki. “Given that hyperscalers Microsoft and Google have local cloud points of presence in Qatar, it is imperative that partners, such as Ooredoo, help customers to upgrade their world with cloud interconnect services.”
Business customers can leverage the Ooredoo Advantage, making Ooredoo “Best for Business” thanks to its breadth and depth of talent, best fixed and mobile networks, broadest portfolio of ICT (information and communications technology) services and solutions and trusted partner for 60 years, a statement added Sunday.
