The Israeli occupation forces arrested eight Palestinians, including a woman and a released prisoner from different parts of the West Bank on Sunday.
The Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) reported that the occupation forces arrested two Palestinians from Bethlehem and Jenin, and two others from Nablus, after raiding and searching their homes.
Four Palestinians, including a woman and a released prisoner, were arrested from Hebron, after their homes were raided and their contents were tampered with.
In a related context, Israeli forces stormed several neighborhoods in the city of Nablus, raided a number of homes, searched them, tampered with their contents, and fired bullets randomly. No injuries were reported.
In recent weeks, the Israeli occupation forces have escalated their raids and incursions into Palestinian villages and towns in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem, and have also increased the pace of their arrests of Palestinian activists and youth.
