HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani sent on Monday a cable of congratulations to HE Chairman of the Transitional Sovereignty Council of the Republic of the Sudan Lt.
